NOW Foods Solutions Progesterone Cream delivers 20 mg of bio-identical USP progesterone derived from wild yam in each 1.3 g pump application. This 3 oz container provides approximately 65 applications. Apply to clean skin on wrists, inner arms, thighs, throat, abdomen, or chest once or twice daily, rotating application sites. Premenopausal women should use for 14 days before menstruation, then discontinue and repeat monthly. Menopausal women may use for 21 consecutive days followed by a 7-day break. Formulated with nourishing botanicals including jojoba oil, sunflower seed oil, aloe, ginseng, and chamomile, plus skin-conditioning panthenol and retinyl palmitate.
